Tradition and vision, experience and innovation – these four concepts have been shaping the company philosophy of the EUROPA-CENTER real estate group since its foundation in 1971. It needs these concepts to create buildings that prevail until today and will remain up to date even in the next generation. Developing properties in attractive locations and maintaining them so that they can be playfully adapted to requirements such as mobility, connectivity and flexibility. We take progress one step further to provide our tenants with the environment in which they can fully unfold their potential for development.
What does this mean in concrete figures? With a portfolio value of over 700 million euros and 28 realised properties in cities such as Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt and Barcelona, we have grown into one of the financially strongest developers and portfolio holders in the real estate sector. What is more, several properties with a project volume of 200 million euros will shortly be completed. Further projects are in development with a volume of 250 million euros and are in the starting blocks. Thanks to this tireless effort, we will soon be able to raise the portfolio value of our properties to over one billion euros. All this makes us a valuable and reliable partner that is actively committed to your progress and a healthy economy.
The founder and owner of our non-listed real estate group is Uwe Heinrich Suhr with his wife Ingeborg. Together with the charitable foundations they have set up – which will prospectively take over all shares – they are securing the long-term and independent continued existence of our company.
