Our properties are close to our heart. After all, we build for our own portfolio. Which is why our very own teams from the commercial and technical divisions are personally on site to make sure that everything runs smoothly in your rented space. The many long-term contracts with our tenants show just how well this works for everyone involved. And we’re proud of that.

Construction and planning team
Predictable success even with special requests? Not a problem!

Throughout the entire planning and construction phase, every step of ours runs like clockwork. Our teams combine the know-how of numerous successful construction projects and work in close cooperation with one another. This puts us in a position to control everything precisely and realise projects on time and on budget. So if you’re planning something special for your corporate headquarters, this would be a welcome change in our routine, but is by no means a challenge for us.

Letting management
Attentive and always at your service

The satisfaction of our tenants is a valuable asset, one that we maintain with at least as much care as the condition of our buildings. This is why we never outsource this area, but instead have our own letting management, allowing us to be available for our tenants, meet their expectations and competently resolve all questions surrounding our rental space offer, rental contracts, adjustments or extensions to the rented space at short notice.

Bremen

EUROPA-CENTER Airportstadt

  • Nevaris is a company of Nemetschek SE, a leading TecDAX-listed provider of digital solutions in the construction industry.
  • Number of employees – a total of 250 employees, of whom around 80 work at the Bremen location.
  • The company embodies the motto of “superheroes” – all conference rooms bear names such as “Marvel heroes”, “Asgard” or “Manhattan”.
  • A modern games room with PlayStation, table football and more brings variety into daily working life.
  • The office spaces were created by an interior designer in line with the colour and design concept of the parent company.
  • Thanks to the upper-floor location, employees enjoy a beautiful, expansive view.
  • The rental area extends across approx. 840 m².
  • The tenant feels at home here and has good rapport with other tenants.
