We currently have seven properties in Hamburg. In the central City Süd district alone, we have over 35,000 m² of rental space. In Finkenwerder, we successfully realised the twin buildings EUROPA-CENTER Air 24 and 30 in cooperation with Airbus and various suppliers. Planning is already underway for a further project at this location.

In the capital city, not one, but two of our projects act as flagships for modern, sustainable and creative architecture: EUROPA-CENTER Adlerduo and EUROPA-CENTER am Forum. Both are located in the district of Adlershof, Berlin’s most successful science and technology park and largest media location. Our third property, EUROPA-CENTER Ecowiss, is also located in the immediate vicinity.

EUROPA-CENTER has been operating in the stunning city of Barcelona since 2022. That same year, we realised the IHG 4-star superior hotel so successfully that immediately upon completion, additional new projects were already lined up: in the city of Sabadell, the IHG hotel Holiday Inn Express & Suites is currently being constructed, with completion expected by the end of 2025. A third project, EUROPA-CENTER Barcelona, is also in the planning stage.
