The EUROPA-CENTER Wing is one of EUROPA-CENTER's latest office properties and is currently under construction. It is set to open in 2026 as a new landmark in Bremen Airport City. DHL will be the first tenant to occupy the modern office space.

EUROPA-CENTER has also secured DHL, a tenant since 1999, for the new Wing construction project. Deutsche Post Immobilien signed the 10-year lease agreement on DHL's behalf.

DHL is set to take up residence in the leased office space, spanning approximately 2,300 m², during the fourth quarter of 2026.

“We are delighted about our new, modern location, which is just a stone's throw away from our current office. With our team of motivated logistics experts, we are creating space for innovation and efficiency, enabling us to offer tailor-made solutions to our customers from a wide range of industries and to actively shape the future of logistics. Around 150 employees will be based at the new location in the immediate vicinity of Bremen Airport," said Sönke Müller, Station Manager at DHL Global Forwarding GmbH in Bremen, and Christopher Prinz, who took over the station management – and thus the "relocation project" – from him at the beginning of the year.

The new EUROPA-CENTRE office generation features ventilation, cooling and heating systems with acoustically effective ceiling sails. In addition to heat recovery, heat pumps and green electricity ensure reduced CO₂ emissions and compliance with the KfW 55 energy efficiency standard. All office formats, from open-plan to cubicle offices, are possible, with communication being the top priority. Internal staircases, in addition to the stairwells, shorten distances and reduce barriers. The EUROPA-CENTER Wing meets various ESG criteria, including the DGNB Gold Pre-Certificate, green roofs, and electric car charging stations.

'We are delighted to have secured our long-standing tenant, DHL, for our new Europa-Center Wing building. This decision demonstrates that we are recognised as a reliable partner in the market. It further strengthens our belief that our comprehensive in-house services, covering the development, realisation and marketing of our properties, as well as their operation and maintenance, are of the highest standard," says Ralf-Jörg Kadenbach, CEO of EUROPA-CENTER AG.

We look forward to continuing our successful cooperation at the new location."
