Dr Stefan Rehkopf appointed Chief Financial Officer of EUROPA-CENTER AG
EUROPA-CENTER AG bids farewell to Axel Kiel and Ralf-Jörg Kadenbach – Dr. Stefan Rehkopf and Andreas Jantzen take on responsibility on the Executive Board
Axel Kiel will step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer of EUROPA-CENTER AG at his own request with effect from November 15, 2025, leaving the company on the best of terms. After more than twelve years of successful work for the internationally active real estate company, he will devote himself to new professional challenges.
The Supervisory Board of EUROPA-CENTER AG would like to thank Mr. Kiel very much for his many years of responsible and successful work as Chief Financial Officer and wishes him all the best for his future, both professionally and personally.
Dr. Stefan Rehkopf has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of EUROPA-CENTER AG with effect from November 1, 2025, and will take over Axel Kiel's area of responsibility on the Executive Board. Dr. Rehkopf has many years of international experience in controlling, accounting, and financing at Beiersdorf AG. Most recently, as Managing Director and CFO of TROMA, he was responsible for the real estate portfolio of the Beiersdorf AG pension fund.
Also effective November 15, 2025, CEO Ralf-Jörg Kadenbach will leave the company after many years of successful service. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Kadenbach for his outstanding commitment and contribution to the expansion and further development of EUROPA-CENTER AG. His responsibilities on the Executive Board will be taken over by Andreas Jantzen, Chief Real Estate Officer.
Mr. Jantzen has been with the company since 2017 and has been responsible for planning and construction since 2024. He has many years of experience in project development, asset management, and the strategic development of the EUROPA-CENTER Group's real estate portfolio. With his expanded responsibilities, Mr. Jantzen will consistently continue the successful development of EUROPA-CENTER AG and actively shape the future of the company.
