EUROPA-CENTER Wing: First Leased Space Handed Over to DHL Global Forwarding

Bremen, September 2026. With the handover of the leased space to DHL Global Forwarding, the EUROPA-CENTER Wing in Bremen’s Airport City has reached an important milestone. On August 31, 2026, EUROPA-CENTER handed over the space to its first tenant, thereby marking the start of the phased opening of the new office building.

Spanning approximately 10,500 square meters, the EUROPA-CENTER Wing offers modern and flexible workspaces as well as a variety of areas for meeting, exchanging ideas, and collaborating. With DHL Global Forwarding moving in, the next phase of the project now begins: In the coming weeks and months, additional tenants will take over their spaces and gradually bring the building to life.

With the EUROPA-CENTER Wing, EUROPA-CENTER is expanding its location in Bremen’s Airportstadt with a modern office building designed for flexible use and contemporary work environments.
