Friedrich Traub takes over as Head of Leasing

New member of the management team at EUROPA-CENTER

EUROPA-CENTER is expanding its management team: Friedrich Traub has been responsible for the rental division since January 1, 2026.

The 47-year-old native of Lübeck is starting his new role with a high level of motivation and commitment. “I am looking forward to the challenges that await me at EUROPA-CENTER. My work will focus on marketing our sustainable new construction project EUROPA-CENTER Flow in Frankfurt Gateway Gardens and the EUROPA-CENTER Wing in Bremen Airport City,” explains Traub. In addition to the current new construction projects, he will also be responsible for the rental development of existing properties.

Traub has extensive experience in the real estate industry.
Before joining EUROPA-CENTER, he spent 17 years at the Hamburg-based project developer DC Developments, where he was most recently a member of the management team responsible for the acquisition and leasing of numerous new construction and existing projects.
