GEODIS Leases Office Space at the EUROPA-CENTER City-Süd

Hamburg, September 2026 – EUROPA-CENTER has leased approximately 2,700 m² of office space in the EUROPA-CENTER City Süd to the internationally active logistics group GEODIS. The move into the new space is scheduled for late 2027. The lease was facilitated by KRAFT KERSTAN REAL ESTATE GmbH and FACINATION GmbH.

GEODIS is already located in the immediate vicinity and, with this move, remains committed to Hamburg’s City Süd as its corporate location. By leasing space at EUROPA-CENTER City Süd, the company has made a conscious decision to opt for modern and future-proof office space that offers optimal conditions for contemporary and flexible work environments.

The EUROPA-CENTER City Süd is centrally located in Hamburg’s City Süd district and offers a total of approximately 30,000 m² of space. In addition to high-quality and modern office space, the location is particularly distinguished by its excellent public transportation connections. With the lease to GEODIS, the EUROPA-CENTER City Süd is now nearly fully leased.
