EUROPA-CENTER Iberia, through its property company EUROPA-CENTER Grupo Inmobiliario Iberia 3 S.L.U., has completed a new white box restaurant unit for Moe Sushi in Barcelona – Sabadell
EUROPA-CENTER Iberia has successfully completed a new white box restaurant unit for Moe Sushi, the innovative brand from Sushisom, in the Barcelona – Sabadell area. Moe Sushi is part of a third-generation Chinese entrepreneurial family based in Spain, which operates an extensive portfolio of restaurants and real estate investments.
The restaurant opened after a construction period of eight months. The new building covers around 750 m² of gross floor space and features a striking architectural design with a fully glazed façade.
EUROPA-CENTER Iberia was responsible for the complete shell and core construction as well as the development of the site. The operator then took over the interior construction, technical building equipment, and facade branding.
Embedded in the EUROPA-CENTER ensemble, the sushi restaurant complements a 3-star Holiday Inn Express hotel with 130 rooms, a pool, and e-charging stations. Another commercial project is in the planning stage at the same location.
