International technology group rents space in the EUROPA-CENTER Wing
With another successful lease agreement, EUROPA-CENTER is reinforcing its position as an attractive business location for international companies in Bremen’s Airport City. A globally operating technology corporation, known for its leading products and services across various markets, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 5,000 square meters of office space in the EUROPA-CENTER Wing. The tenancy is scheduled to begin on November 1, 2026.
The leased premises extend from the ground floor to the fifth floor along Flughafenallee and will be realized as a “building-within-a-building” concept—offering an exclusive, private entrance and reception area. Parking spaces have been leased in the underground garage, with additional spaces reserved in the EUROPA-CENTER parking facility.

With this new lease, over 80 percent of the space in the EUROPA-CENTER Wing is now occupied. Among the tenants are companies such as DHL, highlighting the continued success of the property’s development within Bremen’s Airport City.
