Bremerhaven is Europe’s fourth largest container port and a central logistics transshipment point. Here on the North Sea coast, the world’s biggest container ships dock. Due to the first-rate infrastructure, numerous international companies have set themselves up around the quay. With a site area of almost 185,000 m², EUROPA-CENTER Logistics Park Bremerhaven has established itself right next to the port area.

 

The area, which is designated as an industrial zone, is immediately adjacent to container terminal 4 with perfect transport links for modern, trimodal logistics, 24/7. Here you’ll find access to the overseas port, a motorway feeder to the A 27 and even the possibility of a rail connection to the Deutsche Bahn railway network.

 

Over the past years, two logistics warehousescovering an area of 75,000 m² have already been successfully developed and sold. A further site of approx. 11 ha are in development. Warehouse sizes of up to approx. 30,000 m² can be offered, flexibly divisible from approx. 10,000 m². In a separate business park, in future we will offer state-of-the-art warehouse and  service spaces for smaller units from approx. 4,000 m² on a sub-site of approx. 3.7 ha.

EUROPA-CENTER Logistics Park Bremerhaven is directly adjacent to the quay and the container terminal at LogInPort. Two logistics halls with a total of approx. 40,000 m² of space have been developed, leased and sold by EUROPA-CENTER AG here. They are designed with efficiency, practicability and longevity in mind and stand out thanks to a large support grid, two-sided delivery and plenty of office and social areas, among other things. Further advantages of the halls are the industrial park’s high-speed communication network as well as the option to maintain operations seven days a week.
