The 90-hectare district lies in the thriving quarter of Hammerbrook between the hip neighbourhood of St. Georg, the city centre, the port and HafenCity. On this attractive plot, we’ve erected four buildings with modern offices and apartments, making us one of the most important lessors in the entire quarter with a total area of over 45,000 m².

 

Our second Hamburg location came to be on the south bank of the Elbe river: Finkenwerder has been home to some of the most renowned aviation companies for years now. Which is why it is precisely here that we realised the innovative twin buildings EUROPA-CENTER Air 24/Air 30 with Airbus according to green building standards. Another showcase project, EUROPA-CENTER Air Dock, is in the planning stage: the 12,000 m² design encompasses ultra-modern office spaces, exciting gastronomy concepts, inviting terraces, attractive outdoor areas and a delightful view of the water.
