Almost no other city is home to as many financially strong companies as Frankfurt. Alongside Europe’s second-largest stock market, key global players and start-ups from a wide array of industries come together here. Of course the financial metropolis is also attractive due to its airport. With top connections to the city centre and motorway, since 2008 the emerging Gateway Gardens district has been transforming into a central and innovative location for companies with international relations.

Which is exactly why we realised our first project in the Rhine-Main region here, creating EUROPA-CENTER Flow, an imposing and sustainable building with preliminary DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) Gold certification.
